Celebrating the spirit of adventure with our new Farer partnership
The Hebridean Whale and Dolphin Trust is delighted to introduce our partnership with leading UK watch makers, Farer, to help raise awareness of Hebridean marine life and provide vital funds for our research and conservation programme.
For every super stylish Aqua Compressor dive watch sold, Farer will donate £25 of the profits to HWDT, totalling an incredible £22,500 for the whole collection.
Farer means to travel, to explore. The spirit of adventure is at the heart of the Farer ethos - their collection of watches are named after iconic explorers, vessels and locations that perfectly define the true spirit of Farer: ambition beyond the ordinary.
Farer watches are British designed and Swiss made, inspired by the halcyon era of watchmaking, when bold colours and contrasting textures were combined with the very best craftsmanship.

And our seafaring volunteers are the keystone of our conservation efforts. Our partnership with Farer is based on a mutual love and respect for the water. Each year, Silurian welcomes on board volunteers to explore the wild and beautiful west coast of Scotland, collecting vast swathes of data which helps protect marine mammals.
