Travelling Whale supports HWDT as UK charity partner
The Hebridean Whale and Dolphin Trust is excited to introduce our new partnership with Travelling Whale, to support our work protecting whales and dolphins on Scotland’s west coast.
Travelling Whale, is a new online travel agency with a strong focus on sustainable travel adventures. Founded by Hattie Seal and Annabel Upson, their philosophy is “small ripples make big waves”. Travelling Whale works directly with local suppliers that share the same ethos in sustainability.

Our partnership with Travelling Whale is based on shared principles of sustainability and the belief that experiences which connect people with nature play an important role in conservation.
Travelling Whale have committed to donate 1% of their profits annually to the Hebridean Whale and Dolphin Trust and will work with us to encourage visitors to explore the Hebridean Whale Trail and get involved with our conservation projects.

The name ‘Travelling Whale’, was created after Annabel and Hattie read a fascinating article about how great whales could help combat climate change. Travelling Whale believe that travelling more sustainably is possible and is committed to creating positive change in the travel industry, in the collective quest to protect the planet.
