Wildlife Watching: Top Tips

Then join us for this one hour training session, where we will be sharing our top tips on watching marine wildlife and how you can get the most out of the encounter, whilst minimising any potential disturbance to the animal.

By the end of session, you will know what species of whales, dolphins and porpoise can be spotted and how to identify them, good locations for watching out from land, what to look out for to help improve your chances of spotting them and how to watch responsibly.

WHAT DOES THE COURSE COVER?
During the online Zoom session we will guide you through:

  •  what species of whales, dolphins and porpoise are seen on the west coast and how to ID them

  •  what to look out for to improve your chances of spotting them

  •  how you can minimise your impact

  •  good locations to watch

There will be an opportunity at the end to ask any questions and share your own top tips.
